Project Overview
Shohoj Bazar is an online e-commerce platform dedicated to connecting consumers in Bangladesh with pure organic food, fresh farm produce, natural honey, cold-pressed oils, and daily essentials. The project focused on building a clean, responsive web store that loads quickly on mobile networks, organizes items into clear fresh categories, and allows customers to place orders easily via Cash on Delivery and digital payment channels.

Create a clean, fast-loading e-commerce website for organic groceries with clear product categorization, mobile-optimized cart and checkout, and direct customer order management.
The Challenge
Customers frequently order from mobile devices on variable internet speeds. The store required high-resolution product imagery without sacrificing page load speeds, along with an intuitive checkout flow that minimizes abandoned orders.
How I Approached It
Engineered a lightweight e-commerce storefront with optimized image delivery, intuitive search and category filtering, clear stock indicators, and a simplified checkout process tailored for local shoppers.

The Results
